Policies and Cancellations
We try hard to leave this cabin in perfect condition for you when you arrive. Please make an effort to leave this cabin in the same condition as you found it.
If you leave dirty dishes, excess trash or cause damage there will be a charge.
Check In/Out
Check in is from 4:00pm until 9:00pm. Please let us know if plan to arrive after 9:00pm. Check out is at 11:30am.
Minimum Stay
Minimum stay requirements vary, but a two night minimum stay is required on weekends as well as on holidays and special local events.
Deposit
A deposit equal to half of your total booking will be charged at the time the reservation is made. The remainder of the charges for your stay will be charged at check in. When making a credit card payment more than once a $5.00 service fee will be charged.
Cancellations
Cancellations are no fun for anyone, and because of our small size, cancellations and no shows affect us significantly. For this reason, cancellations must be made thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $35 administrative/cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) and more than fourteen (14) days before arrival date cannot be refunded. The full amount of the reservation will be charged at time of cancellation and can be used as a credit towards another stay within six (6) months of the original reservation date. If subsequently cancelled no refund will be made. In the event the cancellation is received less than fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and is non-refundable, unless we can rebook the cabin for the same dates. Any reservation rescheduled within our cancellation period will be charged in full. Early departures fall within our cancellation policy. We cannot be responsible for inclement weather conditions, and weather is not a valid reason for cancellation.
No Shows
If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation, or contact us to cancel, they will be charged for the full amount of the stay.
Pets
Due to allergies we do not permit pets of any kind.
Smoking
We are a completely non-smoking cabin. Smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor area only, an ashtray is available for your use. If evidence of smoking is found in the cabin, a cleaning charge of $300 will be billed to your credit card.

Additional Guests or Visitors
All additional guests or visitors must have prior approval from hosts.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries, damages to personal property or vehicles or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
At the moment that any payment is made is an acknowledgement that you agree to our rules and policies.
